* Establishing operations management systems for waste water treatment facilities, i.e. Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs);

* Planning and setting up control systems for STPs to ensure compliance with the implementing rules and regulations (IRRs) of the Clean Water Act;

* Assisting in submission requirements of the DENR, EMB, LLDA and LGUs for compliance certificates, i.e. Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), 

* Organize, supervise and train STP personnel, to ensure compliance with DOLE operational safety requirements.
